This comes from an era before many brewers, for whatever reason, dropped the "apostrophe S" from their labels.
ReplyDeleteKoehler's, Stroh's, Neuweiler's, Yuengling's, etc, etc, etc. Not sure what precipitated the change, though.
Also note that they put the apostrophe in the wrong place here, unless they're referring to the whole Stegmaier family!
