6pm at Victory Brewing Company Spring sybolizes the revival of many things including Victory's St. Boisterous Hellerbock! Celebrate the season at The Feast of St. Boisterous featuring a five course beer dinner. A different beer is paired with each course including the release of St. Boisterous.

Third Course Grilled Rockfish with smoked fingerling potatoes and tomato butter paired with Three Ring AleFourth Course Maibock Braised Pork Shoulder with bacon wrapped and cheese stuffed jalapenos paired with St. BoisterousFifth Course Strawberries with Buttermilk Ice and aged balsamic reduction paired with Baltic Thunder

SHARE A PINT WITH THE QUEEN Hallertau Hop Queen to Visit Victory Saturday, April 25th1 - 3pm at Victory Brewing Company Stop by Victory and meet Nicole Frankl, the 2008-2009 Hallertau Hop Queen. Nicole will also be joined by members of the German Hop-Growers Association. In celebration of their visit, we'll be releasing five beers specially created for the Craft Brewers Conference. The beers include a Saphir Pils, Tradition Pils, Hallertau Mittelfrueh Pils, Saphir (Hoppy) Weissbier and a Herkules IPA. Stop by and share a pint with the Queen.

Follow the Liter THIS THURSDAY - April 16
Enjoy a bit of Bavaria at Victory Brewing Company. Celebrate with $5 liters of Festbier and feast on a German themed menu including Schweinshaxe and Oktoberfest giant pretzels. Try your strength in the Strong Arm competition. Wear your authentic German attire and get a free pretzel. Follow the Liter starting at 6pm in the Beer Hall at Victory Brewing Company.
