    it's missing a comma between 12 and 13, or am I missing something larger?

    My cousin (who lives in NY) brought this up at dinner tonight. I strongly suspected that it was NYC, but wasn't 100% sure. Guess they used the stock photo for the sample (let's hope anyhow.)
