I had quite a few guesses, but only Dave had it. You're looking at the St James Gate Guinness Brewery in Dublin Ireland. The first two photos were taken from their 7th floor all glass Gravity Bar, and the third photo shows the historical St. James Gate. Here's one last on from their Storehouse.

Nice Photo. How was their Guinness beer at Guinness?

When you start the brewery tour, they give you a clear plastic oval with a drop of Guinness inside that you use to get a free pint at the Gravity Bar after the tour. The Gravity Bar is on the 7th floor, it's all glass, it has a huge wooden bar in the center with more Guinness tap handles than I've ever seen. They pour a perfect pint with a clover leaf in the foam, and the beer is wonderful. Much sweeter and creamier than the Guinness in the states.
