Gearys - Summer Ale Main College of Art Contest Winner

Here’s a new label for one of my favorite breweries no longer imported into PA…D.L. Geary.  Today we have the keg label for Geary’s Rack’s Red Sled Ale, although this label also serves for other rare ales such as Frigate Ale, Bangor’s Best, London Ale and more.

Ever since the days of Geary’s Hampshire Special Ale (HAS) I’ve really missed having them in our local market….and now it’s getting worse for me with every release.  Today we have Geary’s James Hudson Red Ale…and so far no word on it being imported into PA.  This is a limited release 12oz bottles.

Geary’s Summer Ale–Student Design Winner

Congratulations to Maine College of Art junior Annie Mora fro her award winning design for Geary’s Summer Ale.  Annie will win $5K and get to see her design on 1,000,000 Geary’s 12oz bottles all over Maine this summer.  Annie also won a year’s supply of Geary’s beer, but unfortunately she’s not 21 yet so it will have to wait.
