Crux Fermentation Project & Bale Breaker Collaborate On Way Too Fresh

Here’s a really interesting new collaboration beer coming from Crux Fermentation Project in Bend, OR.  This is Way Too Fresh fresh hop IIPA and it will be a complex collaboration with Bale Breaker Brewing.  The beer uses hops that are simultaneously harvested from “two valleys in two states on the same morning and combined in each' other’s kettle that afternoon.”  The beer is brewed with fresh Willamette Valley Mosaic and Yakima Valley Simcoe hops and this imperial IPA will hot 8.5%-AbV.  This looks to be a 12oz can and stay tuned for release info.  Below is the Bale Breaker version (8.5%-AbV, 65 IBU, 12oz cans)image
