Here’s your first peek at an exciting new Splinter Series beer coming from Troegs Independent Brewing in Hershey, PA. This is Mortal Cherry and it is a Pennsylvania Wild Ale brewed with Balaton and Montmorency cherries. The beer is aged in French, Hungarian and Italian oak before being packaged in 12.7oz bottles. Look for Mortal Cherry to hit 6.6%-AbV and stay tuned here for release info.

New Splinter Beer: Mortal Cherry
Mortal Cherry, the latest addition to our Splinter Series, is now available exclusively at our brewery!
Each spring, the sudden flowering of cherry blossoms serves as a reminder: What's ordinary one day may dazzle the next. In Mortal Cherry, what starts as a pie-crust-blend of wheat and pilsner malt is wholly transformed by a union of cherries. Balaton add mouthfuls of sweet pit fruit and cinnamon, while Montmorency keep this Pennsylvania Wild Ale delicate and tart.
Availability: 12.7oz. cork & cage bottles only.
ABV – 6.6%
