The Psychic Laser Coming To Southern Tier Science Is The Art Collection

This morning you get your first peek at “Episode 3 of 6” in the Science Is The Art Collection from Southern Tier Brewing.  This is The Psychic Laser and it is an unfiltered double IPA that is brewed with Mosaic & Simcoe hops and fermented with saison yeast.  The beer will rocket in at 8.5%-AbV and this is the 16oz can.  Stay tuned for release details.

This 4/30/2018 update from Southern Tier:

The Psychic Laser is the 3rd release in our Science Is The Art collection. Its spicy aromas collide with massive citrus and tropical notes for a truly intense & mind-bending beer. Learn more about the limited release here & grab some while you can: http://bit.ly/2HpBsfe

The third release in our Science is the Art Collection stays with our double IPA theme, but with a twist. We’ve moved away from our house ale yeast in favor of saison’s estery, earthy and spicy notes. We love the way these essential saison characteristics meld with the tropical, fruity, piney and citrusy notes from some of our favorite hops: Mosaic, Equanot, and Simcoe. All of this and some light malts? Blast. Off.

Scene Three: The Psychic Laser. The captain is targeted by an unknown force. Is it an attack, or is the psychic laser some strange communion? The story continues in July with Episode Four.

Available for a limited time only beginning April 30. Get them while you can!
