Perennial Artisanal & Jester King Collaborate On ‘Til The Night Closes In

Today we have your very first peek at a new collaboration coming from Perennial Artisanal Ales in St. Louis, MO.  The music beer is called ‘Til The Night Closes In and it is a collaboration with Austin TX’s Jester King.  Inspired by a “mutual love of chocolate and oranges” this imperial milk stout was brewed with dried tangerines and fresh satsuma oranges from central Texas.  The brewers also used Mandarina Bavaria hops (in the whirlpool) and after fermentation the beer was rested on cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and fresh Valencia orange peel.  The beer will hit 9%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles at Perennial.  Stay tuned for Jan 25th release info.
