Short’s Brewing & Stone House Bread Announce Collaboration Loaf

imageMore collaboration news from Short’s Brewing:

Northern Michigan favorites, Short’s Brewing Company and Stone House Bread are announcing the release of Short’s Brew Soft Parade Artisan Beer Bread. Baked with Short’s Flagship Fruit Rye Ale, Soft Parade®, and spent grain from the brewery, Short’s Brew Soft Parade Artisan Beer Bread will be available in select Michigan stores beginning Friday, August 18th.

According to Joe Short, Short’s Founder, CEO, and Creative Engineer, the brewery was excited to partner with Stone House Bread on this project because of each company’s commitment to their respective craft “Both Short’s and Stone House are committed to producing fresh, creative, and high-quality products right here in Northern Michigan. I admire Stone House Bread Owner, Tonie Spearing’s entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity. I knew we’d have fun collaborating. After all, beer is bread in liquid form, so it’s pretty awesome to be working on a project like this.”

Short’s Brew Soft Parade Artisan Beer Bread is light and chewy, slightly sweet, and smells of fresh fruit. Sliced for sandwiches or toasted and served alongside a charcuterie board, this gourmet bread pairs perfectly with sweet and savory meals. Find Short’s Brew Soft Parade Artisan Beer Bread at retailers including local stores and chain retailers; Meijer, Kroger, and Spartan locations.----
