Council Brewing Imperial Beatitude with Masumoto Family Farms Organic Peaches & Nectarines Returns

03 August 2017

imageFrom Council:

One of our most popular beers we have ever released is now ready for you - Imperial Beatitude with 400 lbs of Masumoto Family Farms Organic Peaches & Nectarines. This beer is our collaboration beer with the Beer to the Rescue awareness campaign for the Lupus Foundation of Southern California and this beer benefits this organization. Feel good knowing that you're helping an amazing cause!

We let this beer loose in the 15 BBL American Oak Foeder we installed in the Spring of 2016 in the Magic Factory for its maiden voyage. We sourced 400 lbs of Masumoto Family Farms fruit from last season (Summer 2016), sliced them up by hand and added them to the fermenting beer, allowing the fruit to age in the beer for a year before packaging. This provides really unique, intense fruit flavor, balanced by richness of the American Oak.
