Path of Totality Black Saison
Phases of the moon, the rise and fall of the sun – our celestial time-keepers. Though rare, given the perfect scenario, the orbits of these beacons of time line up perfectly. The new moon blots out the bright sun and a great shadow is cast upon us. Somehow, simultaneously ominous and auspicious, this unique event is worthy of celebration. We celebrate of a rarity of our own, a saison cloaked in black and full of intrigue.

The Righteous Few White IPA w/ Basil and Brettanomyces
Brewed with German Pilsner, and Riverbend wheat and rye malts this 100% Brett IPA is hopped with bracing Chinook and tropical Citra. We add a healthy blend of Thai basil, globe basil and Tulsi basil, from our urban garden, which along with coriander and orange peel produce a perfect spicy compliment to the complexity of our house brettanomyces.
