In conjunction with the grand opening of our mezzanine and gift shop this weekend, we will be releasing Double Barrel Speedway Stout! We are ecstatic to announce this highly anticipated release and will be holding an ONSITE bottle sale on Saturday, October 14th beginning at 11am. We're turning 22 years old and we want all of you to help us celebrate! We cordially invite you to attend our Anniversary Party on Saturday, August 12 from 11am through 11pm. We have quite a few exciting features planned for this celebratory occasion! Make plans now to join us for the following:
- Double Barrel Speedway Stout Onsite Presale Event (Limited)
- We're offering party-goers the unique opportunity to purchase a bottle of this upcoming barrel-aged Speedway Stout release before it officially goes on sale on Eventbrite the following Monday.
- Bottle Pre-sale is limited to One (1) Bottle per Person, as total presale amount is limited.
- Presale ends as soon as limited presale inventory has been depleted. Attending the party does not guarantee you an opportunity to purchase a bottle.
- In honor of our 22nd Anniversary, we will also be marking 22 individual bottles of Double Barrel Speedway Stout. If you end up purchasing a marked bottle, you win a prize!
- VIP Speakeasy Sessions
- Three (3) separate sessions each running 1 hour in duration. Each session limited to 15 people.
- Purchase of a VIP ticket allows you special, private access into the Anvil & Stave for an intimate barrel-aged beer tasting experience featuring a flight of your choice. Each session will also be hosted by the folks behind our amazing beers:

Online Bottle Sale
For those not able to attend our Anniversary Party and partake in the presale, we will be conducting our online bottle sale for Double Barrel Speedway Stout on Monday, August 14 at 11am sharp!
There will be a two (2) bottle limit, with no proxies this time around. The sale page can be accessed here.

Double Barrel Speedway Stout Stays in the Barrel:
When an artist works on a painting, it's up to that artist to decide when the final brushstroke has been applied and a work of art is ready to be shared with the world. Often it's those last few strokes that take a piece from "great" to "masterpiece." Here at AleSmithBrewing Company, we pride ourselves in taking this same meticulous approach to the craft of brewing the world's highest quality beers.
We anticipated having Double Barrel Speedway Stout ready for our fans in time for our 22nd Anniversary Party. However, we've decided it needs a few more strokes to go from great to masterpiece. So we've pushed back the release date to give this blend some extra time in the barrel to reach peak complexity.
Opening the Archives:
On a weekend that's all about celebrating the past, it seems only natural to swing open the archives and make rare, vintage AleSmithbottles available. Our loyal fans will have an opportunity to purchase classics and fan-favorites like variants of Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout, old vintages of Decadence, and other popular Barrel-Aged releases. Due to the extremely limited nature of inventory for each of these beers, there will be a one (1) bottle per person limit.
We will also be marking 22 individual bottles in honor of our 22 years and giving away prizes to the lucky purchaser of each marked bottle! Prizes will include VIP access to the speakeasy for you and nine friends; a private brewery tour for you and three friends hosted by AleSmith co-owner/CEO, Peter Zien; VIP access to the grand opening of CheeseSmith for you and one guest; and other great prizes.
