imageToday we get to see another new collaboration beer coming from Perennial Artisan Ales & The Wine And Cheese Place.  This is Corail de Sang and it is a Belgian-style saison brewed with torrified wheat.  The beer is aged in red wine puncheons with brettanomyces for 7-months and packaged in 750ml bottles to help The Wine And Cheese Place celebrate their 35th anniversary.  Look for Corail de Sang to hit 5%-AbV and stay tuned for release info.
