This morning you get your first look at a new Limited Release beer coming from New Belgium. This is Cellar Blender and it is a sour red ale that is fermented with various fruits, then blended with wood-aged sour beer. New Belgium will also be following up with recipes so you can drink it on it’s own or blended with other NB beers. Look for Cellar Blender to hit 7.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the new 12oz bottle.
