Today we get to see the 2017 packaging for Firestone Walker Velvet Merkin. This oatmeal stout is aged in Bourbon barrels before being packaged in 12oz bottles (8000 cases) and kegs. This 5th release will use British ale yeast and the beer hits 8.5%-AbV and 17 IBU. Stay tuned for Sept 2017 release details.
