This is Queen of Hearts from Pelican Brewing and it is a saison ale aged in Gin barrels. This beer begins with their Saison du Pelican and it is aged in Ransom Distillery Old Tom Gin barrels. Look for Queen of Hearts to hit 6.5%-AbV & 30 IBU and this is the 22oz bottle.
