Bear Republic Adds Indiana Distribution

Bear Republic Brewing, the award-winning and California-based craft beer staple, will soon be distributing in Indiana with Craftroads Beverage.

Craftroads and Bear Republic will be revving up the Indianapolis 500 season with one of America’s most medal winning IPAs, the Racer 5 IPA.

With nearly ten national and international awards under its belt, Bear Republic’s Racer 5 IPA deservedly has the renowned status of having “a trophy in every glass,” and in just a few short weeks, Hoosiers can enjoy a pint (or a bottle) of the full-throttle IPA before the first lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

“We are excited to work with Craftroads Beverage to bring Bear Republic brews to the great state of Indiana, just in time for the Indy 500,” said Jonathan Williman, national sales manager for Bear Republic.

Bear Republic produced nearly 82,000 barrels of beer last year and was ranked 40th largest craft brewery by the Brewers Association, and 49th largest overall in the country.

“Craftroads is excited to bring one of the original California West Coast IPA’s to our state,” said Jim Schembre, co-founder of Craftroads Beverage. “Its reputation for quality has never wavered. We are extremely proud to represent their brands in our state. We hope you try some soon.”

With nearly 60 years of industry experience, Craftroads is an Indianapolis-based craft beer distributor focused on creating value to their partners through collaboration and commitment, while providing a unique service experience dedicated to profitable segment growth.
