Coming to us from Asheville, NC, this morning we have several new and updated bottles from Wicked Weed: Brettabolic is a brettanomyces farmhouse ale that represents Wicked Weed’s first “foray into entirely oak-fermented beer.” The bee ruses Noble and German hops and it will swing in at 5.9%-AbV. Bretticent remains a brettanomyces-fermented golden farmhouse ale (6.5%-AbV). We also have Canvas Series Khatta Masala and it is a red wine barrel-aged American sour ale fermented with mango and Indian spices (cardamom, coriander, black pepper & fenugreek)-- (7.7%-AbV). These are all 500ml bottles.
