Centaur Gardens–our April canned special release IPA–is hitting Brown Paper Tickets on Monday at 10AM along with some seriously incredible bottles, including two dome-detonating collabs and barrel-aged variants of Monsters' Park and Devil's Teeth. This might be our most mind-blowing lineup to date, and we're pretty frickin' excited to tell you about it. So, without further ado, here's what's hitting Brown Paper Tickets:
CENTAUR GARDENS IPA
**NOTE: WHILE THE REST OF THE BEERS WILL HAVE A STANDARD PICK-UP WINDOW, THE LAST DAY TO PICK UP CENTAUR GARDENS WILL BE 5/12/2017. NO EXCEPTIONS.**
We crammed this incredible beverage with Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, J17, and Mosaic hops and fermented with London III yeast, yielding a majestic juice-beast bursting with tropical, citrus, and stone fruit magic. It's a breathtaking feat of hop-sorcery that puts your lucky little taste buds on the express train to Downtown Partyville.

SHRINE OF THE FORSAKEN GODS
This formidably tasty sour is the outcome of our collaboration with Jester King in Austin, TX. Brewed with a simple malt bill of pilsner, oats, & spelt, we then split the batch and fermented with both breweries’ respective house cultures before blending them and refermenting on a bed of delicious raspberries. The end result is an outrageously tasty beer, with an intense raspberry aroma that carries through to the flavor alongside a funky, rustic acidity that is an absolute joy to apply to the taste buds. You may want to sit down for this one.

CRUCIBLE OF THE SPIRIT DRAGON
This wildly tasty, tart saison is the progeny of a collaboration with our homies from Other Half & Kent Falls Brewing. Fermented with a wondrously diverse array of funky cultures, aged in freshly-emptied red wine barrels, and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Amarillo, and Motueka, this resoundingly delicious beer sports a hoppy, fruit-forward aroma followed by deep, funky complexity and a round, satisfying finish. It’s a fantastic beverage that does its brain trust of party engineers proud.

DEVIL'S TEETH AGED IN WILLETT RYE BARRELS W/ WALNUT AND VANILLA
Devil’s Teeth is a hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. This batch was aged for over a year in barrels that previously housed a unique, barrel-proof rye whiskey, and then lavished with walnut & vanilla. The resulting beverage is an explosively delicious study in liquid extravagance.

MONSTERS PARK AGED IN TEQUILA BARRELS — ARCHIVE — VINTAGE 2016
This is Monsters’ Park, our hulking, cantankerous imperial stout, aged in fragrant, agave-soaked tequila barrels, resulting in a stunningly unique character that’s as intriguing as it is delicious. Earthy aromas of roasted agave give way to rich flavors of dark chocolate and peanut brittle with a tantalizing hint of spicy vanilla.

As you can see, a lot of these are extremely limited, and all of them are extremely tasty. Plan accordingly. The first day to pick-up bottles and cans will be Friday, 4/21. We'll be hosting a release party here at the Fermentorium that day from 12PM to 10PM with some special beers on tap, followed by the standard two-month League pick-up window (ending on 6/16/2017, with the exception of Centaur Gardens IPA which ends 5/12/2017).
