Goose Island & Beryl’s Brewing Collaborate On Des Cousines (Video)

From Goose Island:

Goose Island collaborated with Beryl's Beer Co. for Denver’s Collab Fest. Several Goose brewers went to brewing school with Beryl's Beer folks and one thing led to another - A collab blend was born! Not without several iterations and versions, of course.
The beer is a 50/50 blend by volume. Goose’s Sour Sisters paired up with the tart ladies of Beryl’s. The end result was dubbed 'Des Cousines' - That’s female cousins in French.
The beer is a tart, fruit forward beer with hints of funk. Oh, and it's perfectly crushable with layers of complexity.
If you're going to be at Collab Fest this weekend, we'd love to chat and share our collab blend with you!
