This morning we get to see Ecliptic Brewing Rye Barrel-Aged UltraViolet. This blackberry sour ale is Batch No 1 and it is brewed with Oregon blackberries before being barrel aged for 10-months in 6-year old Rye Whiskey barrels. This April 2017 batch will hit 10%-AbV and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle. We also have the Syrah barrel-aged version (9.5%-AbV).
