From The Bruery:
We are very excited to premiere a brand new beer to you on Tuesday, January 17. Meet The Order.
Monastic breweries wrote the book on complex ales that weave notes of dark fruits, spices, caramelized character and warmth into each sip. The Order summons that tradition and adds local inspiration. Our darkening, Belgian-inspired abbey ale features the dark-fruited character of dates and Belgian-style sugar and subtle spicing from coriander, which compliments the Belgian yeast esters.
The Order will be available Tuesday on draft (exclusively at our Tasting Rooms!) and in bottles to-go at both Tasting Rooms. It will be available on TheBrueryStore.com at the same time, and released nationally this month as well.
OR XATA (2017) PUBLIC DRAFT & BOTTLE RELEASE
You wanted it, you got it! We are excited to premiere our latest edition of Or Xata on Tuesday, January 17.
Our take on horchata is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. If you didn't know better, you'd think it was carbonated horchata. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.
Each quarter, Preservation Society members receive a specially-curated package containing three limited beers for at least 10% off their retail value. Take a look at what's coming in the First Quarter Preservation Society package: Mocha Wednesday.
Mocha Wednesday is the perfect follow-up to Black Tuesday, adding layers of artisan dark chocolate and bold coffee flavors, thanks to cacao nibs from San Francisco-based TCHO and freshly roasted coffee from OC’s Portola Coffee Lab.
The only way to get your hands on this limited release is through a Society membership. Visit TheBrueryStore.com to join our Preservation Society, and learn about the other benefits of the membership while you’re there. The other two beers in the package will be revealed soon. The First Quarter package will be ready for pickup or delivery (within California) near the end of March.
