Here we have a new entry coming to bottle sin the Canvas Series from Wicked Weed. This is Plainsdealer and it is a Bourbon barrel aged American sour ale fermented with lemon zest. This beer hits 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. Stay tuned here for release details. 
16 June 2017 Update:
The Whiskey Sour cocktail was first immortalized by the Waukesha Plain Dealer newspaper in 1870, and its legend has only grown since then. This sour ale developed a rich amber hue and spirit-forward character from bourbon barrel aging, which we rounded out with fresh lemon zest. Our ode to this Western icon is available at our Brewpub and Funkatorium today. Distro next week.
