We're kicking off a new year of bottle sales with an electrifying assortment of beverage-craft as our first batch of 2017 special releases hits Brown Paper Tickets next Monday (following a League pre-sale). Headlining this tasty fiesta will be our latest 16oz canned special release, Golden Pineapple IPA, accompanied by a host of barrel-aged delights that run the delicious gamut from sour to imperial stout. Some of these beers will be extremely limited, so plan accordingly. Here's what's going up for grabs:
GOLDEN PINEAPPLE IPA
**NOTE: WHILE THE REST OF THE BEERS WILL HAVE A STANDARD 2-MONTH PICK-UP WINDOW, THE LAST DAY TO PICK UP GOLDEN PINEAPPLE WILL BE 1/29/17. NO EXCEPTIONS.**
Prepare your mouth for a riveting journey of tropical delights. We brewed this stellar IPA with barley, wheat, and oats alongside a palate-detonating amalgamation of Citra, Motueka, Mosaic, and Centennial hops. We fermented this magnificent assortment of ingredients with Sacc Trois for a monumentally juicy mouth-full of guava, mango and papaya that translates from taste-buds to brain as pure joy.
ABV: 7%

BATCH 1000
This elegantly imperialized homage to Lomaland Saison--which was both our 1st & 100th batch of beer--was fermented with Lomaland yeast, Brett, and bacteria, and aged in freshly emptied red wine barrels. The resulting beer does its 999 predecessors proud. Aromas of fresh cut grass, hay, and orange rind give way to an oaky complexity with slight tartness and a soft, full body that belies its ABV. It’s a liquid tour de force worthy of its millenary position, and we’re ridiculously excited to share it with you.

THERMOMETER ISLAND
This beer arose from the glorious convergence of a tart, red wine barrel-aged saison and a bevy of delicious, seasonal citrus. After fermentation with an all-star team of our house funky microflora, the beer was re-fermented on a bed of ripe, juicy Cara Cara and blood oranges. Both the saison and the fruit were at seriously optimal points in their respective timelines when they came together, and the results are a ridiculously tasty celebration of perfect timing.

SHADOW MOUNTAIN
Prepare yourself for 750ml of unbridled pleasure. This incredibly tasty saison was meticulously aged in red wine barrels and lavished with exorbitant amounts of boysenberries, yielding an alluring melange of bright, acidic berry flavors and aromas complemented by an oaky, tannic earthiness. It's an absolutely delightful beer, and a testament to your excellent beverage-selecting abilities.

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN NICARAGUAN RUM BARRELS
This is Monsters Park, our hulking, cantankerous imperial stout, aged in fragrant, oaky Nicaraguan rum barrels. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and molasses meld with the huge roast character of Monsters Park to create a truly unique, incredibly rich experience.

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN NICARAGUAN RUM BARRELS WITH CINNAMON, COCOA NIBS, VANILLA BEANS, AND CHILIS (Mexican Hot Chocolate Edition)
The addition of cinnamon, cocoa nibs, chilis, and vanilla beans turns this magnificent beverage into a mind-blowingly delicious Mexican hot chocolate party.

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN SPANISH BRANDY BARRELS
This Monsters' Park variant was aged for over six months in Spanish brandy barrels, which begin their life as sherry casks. The fruit-forward barrel character mingles with big, thunderous notes of burnt caramel, raisins, & marshmallows, adding a crazy dimension to this sledgehammer of sabor, combining with the massive roast character of Monsters' Park to create a wildly complex & delicious beer.
