Goose Island - VERTICAL CHALLENGE - Bourbon County Stout 2006-2016 & Brewery Yard Stock Pale Ale (Video)

From Goose Island:

Resident beer tasters and guinea pigs, Quinn (Brewer) and Wally (safety guy) taste through a TEN year vertical of Bourbon County Stout. Bourbon County Stout is our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
Let Quinn and Wally take you on a trip back in time with Bourbon County Stout and let us know what Goose Island Vintages they should taste through next!

Goose Island Beer Company has teamed up with brewing historian Ron Pattinson to create Brewery Yard, a Stock Pale Ale. To our knowledge, this is the first brewing of true Stock Pale Ale in 50 years, a faithful recreation of a 19th Century Burton recipe using floor malted English pale malt, whole cone English and U.S. hops, and aged for 11 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces.
Take a look behind the scenes at the brewing process that went into creating this special beer.
Bottles of Brewery Yard will be available to purchase exclusively at the Goose Island Tap Room.
