Today we get to see another 2017 release coming to the Green Flash Cellar 3 Series. This is Vivid Sauvage and it is a Belgian-style IPA aged n red wine barrels with brettanomyces and Trappist yeast for 12-24 months. This beer is dry-hopped with Amarillo hops and brewed with Summit, Amarillo and Nugget hops. This “Belgian American hybrid” will hit 10.1%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles (and kegs).
