America is the land of many things – opportunity, freedom, cheesesteaks (to name but three). Something else to include in that list are Brewpubs. They are American institutions; a place where you can rock up and drink the beer of a producer you love whilst filling your lungs with the smell of malt and hops as they work. We love the idea of a BrewDog Brewpub – so we have decided to bring them Stateside as part of Equity for Punks USA!
If 500 people invest in BrewDog USA from the same city, we will open a Brewpub there.
This is something we have never done before. Our network of 50 BrewDog bars around the world, from Barcelona and Sao Paulo all the way to Tokyo are temples of craft beer that exist to serve our own and those of others on draft. Our US Brewpubs would take this to another level as we brew the beer on site before serving it – there’s simply no way the beer could be any fresher than that. And with the size of kit in place we would be able to rock some epic small-batch recipes and fan favourites specific to each bar to celebrate the uniqueness of each city!
So if there are 499 like-minded souls in your city, you could be on the brink of something very special. Our main reason for doing what we do is to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are, and if you are an investor in Equity for Punks USA this is your chance to help by asking your neighbours and friends in your city to join our craft beer crusade.
If we secure enough new Equity Punks in your city the reward for all of you will not only be an amazing new craft beer hub – but also a few extra perks for you to enjoy. To get this started you will receive $10 beer bucks to use in your new local if you’re part of the first 500 people to invest in your city, as well as land your name on a super-exclusive mailing list so you’re sure to be among the first to receive information about new offers, beer launches and events in your new local BrewPub, before anyone else!

The Brewpubs are just another one of the benefits of being a US Equity Punk. Every BrewDog USA Equity Punk will receive a lifetime discount in our USA online shop of 20%, as well as a 5% discount in any of our BrewDog bars world-wide (including Brewpubs of course). They will also gain a place at our US AGM, the first iteration of which rocked Columbus back in September. Plus if you ever make it to either of our breweries (Columbus or Ellon), we will show you round! Hell, you helped build it, after all!
So as if all of that weren’t enough you can also have the chance to be partly responsible for the opening of a BrewDog Brewpub in your city. This echoes back to something we did as part of Equity for Punks IV – BrewDog [Your Town] – and we are still hunting for a location in Peterhead (pop. 20,000) for an epic bar there to reward the people who rallied to the cause and tipped the number of local investors over the magic number!
We are already committed to opening the first BrewDog Brewpub in our adopted home city of Columbus Ohio, but other than that where we head next is completely up to you, prospective Equity Punks! American facility in Ohio in 2017, announced today that it plans to open a BrewDog BrewPub in any American city
where at least 500 people invest in its Equity For Punks USA crowdfunding offering. By launching one of its world-
famous bars in each city that provides such investor support for the craft beer brewery, BrewDog’s nationwide U.S.
expansion will create local jobs and continue its mission to promote other local craft breweries across the United
States.
BrewDog’s bar division has been a huge success worldwide, with popular locations ranging from Tokyo to Sao
Paulo, London to Barcelona and Hong Kong to Rome. Every BrewDog bar, including the first U.S. location at the
soon-to- open 110,000 square foot brewery in Columbus, Ohio, are places where beer and food lovers can indulge
in everything that is great about craft beer. With knowledgeable staff that are passionately evangelical about the
world of craft beer, “Beer Schools” to educate customers about beery nuances, and great food paired perfectly to
the wide selection of beers they offer, BrewDog bars are craft beer cathedrals for locals and tourists alike, acting as

Every investor in BrewDog USA Inc. (with a minimum investment of only $95) receives equity shares in the
company, owns part of the Columbus brewery and the U.S. distribution of BrewDog beer, and receives the
numerous perks of being an Equity Punk including a 20% lifetime discount in the BrewDog USA online shop, a 5%
discount in any BrewDog bar worldwide, and in invite to BrewDog’s notorious U.S. AGM (annual general meeting)
where beer and bands collide in a day-long shareholder meeting like no other. In addition, for each city where 500
people invest in BrewDog USA Inc., when BrewDog opens its local BrewPub, investors from the area have the
