Bruery Terreux - Humulus Rueuze Bottles Coming 10/28

From Bruery Terreux:

Tomorrow is the public bottle and draft release of the latest edition of Humulus Rueuze at both Tasting Rooms.

Humulus Rueuze is a variation on our take on the traditional Belgian-style lambic gueuze with one major exception: massive amounts of dry hops. To begin, we carefully selected a number of oak barrels that have been aging our sour blonde ale anywhere from several months to several years, and then blended the beers together for the ideal flavor profile. In this 2016 edition, we then piled heaps of Huell Melon hops on top to achieve an aromatic blend like no other, inundating the senses with fruity, melon and strawberry notes. This is one complex beer, and it’s best consumed fresh.

Bottles are available starting tomorrow at both Tasting Rooms. Our out-of-towners can find it on

Trick-or-treat, here is something good to drink!

On Halloween, we are premiering a number of draft and bottle offerings. We begin with frightful flights of incantations of Autumn Maple, including: Autumn MapHELL (blend of Black Tuesday and Autumn Maple), Midnight Autumn Music (a dark imperial stout), Autumn Maple 2.0 (fermented with a new yeast), Autumn Maple (2014) and this year’s edition of Autumn Maple (2016)

From Halloween through Thanksgiving, bottles and growler fills of Autumn Maple are $1 off. Additionally, archive bottles of Autumn Maple from 2008, 2014 and 2015 will be available for purchase for $9.99, while supplies last.

In addition to Black Tuesday (2016), which we tapped earlier this week, we are also offering a vintage Black Tuesday flight, featuring 1-oz. pours of the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions of Black Tuesday at both Tasting Rooms.

Even more, you’ll find Grey Monday (2015) and Mocha Wednesday (2015) at our Bruery Terreux Tasting Room, while supplies last.
