This is 4 Barrel-Aged Imperial Saison from Base Camp Brewing in Portland, OR. This beer celebrates the 4th anniversary of Base Camp and the beer is fermented with saison yeast, brettanomyces and lactobacillus. If that’s not enough fun, the beer is then aged in wine barrels for 7-months with Willamette Valley-grown Pinot Noir grapes in the last month. This beer hits 10.5%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
