This is PB & Thursday from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. This beer is an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with peanut flour added. This “peanuty variant” of Black Tuesday will be packaged in 750ml bottles and this 2016 edition will hit 19.8%-AbV.
We’re just days into 2017, and while my personal New Year’s resolution may already be fading, Summit Brewing is just getting theirs started...
