This morning we get a peek at several new cans (and beers) coming from Tallgrass Brewing in Manhattan, KS.  King Buffalo is an imperial stout that is a “deeper, darker, richer and more complex” version of Buffalo Sweat and it is part of the Explorer Series.  This beer hits 10.5%-AbV.  We also have Velvet Rooster and it is a Belgian-style tripel ale that will hit 8.5%-AbV.  Both beers will be packaged in 12o and 16oz cans.
