Durango, Co . (Sept. 26, 2016)Pils World! Party time! Excellent! Ska Brewing announces the release of its highly anticipated new pilsner, making its debut just in time for the Great American Beer Festival.  Crisp and clean, this new American Pilsner showcases Ska’s twist on its classic German heritage.

Pils World—with a name affectionately inspired by the famous Phil’s World mountain bike trails outside of Durango— lends a light malt backbone to a moderately bitter hop presence, transitioning to a lemony, orange zest and finishing with a touch of tropical fruit.

Set your mouth ablaze with all of the Thai, Mexican or jerk seasoning you can tolerate, because Pils World is here for you. It’s bitter enough to cut through the spice and sweet enough bring the heat to its knees. A can of Pils World comes in at 5.4% ABV.

Beginning October 7, Pils World hits shelves in 12-oz. cans and will be available year round. In the meantime, this tasty delight will debut at GABF October 6. Ska will be hosting happy hour Thursday through Saturday from 3PM-6PM at The Corner Office where Pils World will be on tap.
