New Glarus Pommier Sauvage Becomes Final 2016 Limited Release Beer 9/23

The third and final of Diploma Master Brewer Daniel Carey’s Limited Releases for 2016 will be held at the brewery on September 23 & 24. This release is “Pommier Sauvage” an fruited sour that is naturally Coolship soured in our Wild Fruit Cave. This beer is a very dry example of our Sour Blonde, spontaneously fermented with varietal apples from Wisconsin’s Kikapoo Valley.

At the release on September 23 & 24, there will be a limited number of bottles available each day. There will be two bottle per person per day limit. US Drivers licenses are required and will be scanned. The cost will be $10 per bottle and include tax; cash is appreciated, but not necessary. Sales will begin no later than 9:00 a.m.

This release coincides with Oktoberfest in the Village of New Glarus. For more information on Oktoberfest activities check out the New Glarus Chamber of Commerce website:
