Today we get a peek at another great looking bottle coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC.  This is Hi-Pitch (hi-pitch) and it is a Mosaic IPA.  This “balanced Western North Carolina IPA” uses Mosaic and Centennial hops and the beer will hit 6.7%-AbV and 56 IBU.  This is the 12oz bottle and stay tuned here for release details.
