Troegs Splinter Series - Sir Peché Pennsylvania Wild Ale Bottles

Today you get your very first look at a new Splinter Series beer coming to bottles from Troegs Independent Brewing.  This is Sir Peché and it is a Pennsylvania wild ale fermented with local peaches from Peters Orchards.  This beer uses brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle.  Sir Peché is aged in American oak and the beer will hit 6.5%-AbV…stay tuned here for release details.
