Old Forge Falling Down Brown Ale Returns For 2016

Danville, PA, August 15, 2016– Old Forge Brewing Company releases its annual Fall seasonal beer, Falling Down Brown Ale. This American Brown Ale/Brown IPA boasts dark caramel and chocolate malt flavor, brown sugar, and 60 IBUs of spicy, herbal, and citrus American hops.

“We grew tired of all the pumpkin beers and Oktoberfest lagers hitting the market each Fall so we decided to do something a little different”, says Damien Malfara, owner/brewer at Old Forge Brewing Company. “Brown ales don’t get a lot of love out there, but this one is different. I love the interplay of malt and hops in this beer.”

Falling Down Brown Ale pairs well with aged gouda, roast pork, grilled beer brats, or pizza. It’s available in 8 packs of 16-ounce cans at distributors, bottle shops, and grocery stores and also on draft at bars and restaurants throughout Pennsylvania.

Old Forge Brewing Company was established in 2008 as a small brewpub in Danville, PA. In 2012, we opened the production brewery to share our creations with a wider audience. Forged by Hand. Crafted with Pride.
