Today we get to see Trinity Mad Ear & Thaison.  Mad Ear is a beer de garde ale that hits 8.1%-AbV and 35 IBU and it uses Styrian and Saaz hops.  Thaison is a saison brewed with honey that hits 8.1%-AbV and 35 IBU and it also uses Styrian and Saaz hops.  These are both 12.7oz bottles.
