Prairie Artisan Releasing Funky Gold Mosaic

07 July 2016

From Prairie:

Have you been missing something from your life? We thought so, and in an effort to help you shake off those feelings we’re bringing back Prairie Funky Gold Mosaic. That was it, right? You just needed a delicious brew to kick off your beginning of July. The heat is climbing and emergency preparations are in order. Get the ice and gather your beer loving buddies and get ready to welcome back a fan favorite this month and cool off in the process. Funky Gold Mosaic is a golden, sour ale that has been dry hopped with Mosaic hops to create the perfect beer for the season.

The name says it all. Funky Gold Mosaic is a little funky to the nose, a touch of sour and golden in color with light and refreshing fruity undertones. But it doesn’t stop there, it also has a light citrus finish thanks to those delicious Mosaic hops. The blend is just enough hop to bring you in, and the right amount of sour to bring you back. If you missed it the first go around, do yourself a favor and check this little delight out. Available in 16.9 oz. bottles and in kegs, this beer is an approachable favorite and way too easy to drink.
