Modern Times Monster’s Park in Nicaraguan Rum Barrels, Diamond Age & Thermometer Island Coming 7/7

Three shining beacons of meticulously perfected flavorcraft are now for sale on BPT. We've got two out-of-control tasty sours and an earth-shakingly huge Monsters' Park variant all looking for good homes, and we're pretty damn excited for you to taste them. Here's what's up for grabs:

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN NICARAGUAN RUM BARRELS
This is Monsters Park, our hulking, cantankerous imperial stout, aged in fragrant, oaky Nicaraguan rum barrels. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and molasses meld with the huge roast character of Monsters Park to create a truly unique, incredibly rich experience. This beers complexity and aroma reach their peak when the beer is allowed to warm up to 50 degrees.

DIAMOND AGE
This incredibly unique beer underwent months of mixed fermentation before we loaded it up with generous amounts of kiwis and blueberries, yielding a beautiful, deep-red saison with assertive aromas of dark fruit and a delightfully refreshing tropical acidity that rests softly on a meticulously restrained malt bill. Its an artfully choreographed ballet of tart, fruity complexity, and your lucky little taste buds have front row seats. 
ABV: 6.8%

THERMOMETER ISLAND
This beer is a  glorious convergence of a tart, red wine barrel-aged saison and a bevy of delicious, seasonal citrus. After fermentation with an all-star team of our house funky microflora, the beer was re-fermented on a bed of ripe, juicy Cara Cara and blood oranges. Both the saison and the fruit were at seriously optimal points in their respective timelines when they came together, and the results are a ridiculously tasty celebration of perfect timing. 
ABV: 6.4%

The first day to pick-up bottles will be this Thursday, 7/7. As usual, we'll be hosting a release party here at the Fermentorium that day from 12PM to 10PM with some special beers on tap, followed by the standard two-month pick-up window (ending on 9/1).

IN YET MORE FANTASTIC BEER NEWS, Accumulated Knowledge, our stunningly juicy new IPA, is now officially hitting shelves. This beer is the glorious aggregate of our IPA-brewing knowledge, with loads of bright stone fruit, juicy citrus, and piney awesomeness bursting forth from its hazy, delicious depths.

Which shelves might this wonderful beer be hitting? Excellent question, my friend. The thing is, because it's going to be an exclusive release for one particular (nautically themed) grocery chain, we can't legally tell you the name. We can, however, tell you that they have the highest Hawaiian-shirt-to-manager ratio of any grocery store, and that their promotional materials are absolutely Fearless. You've got this. We believe in you.

To sweeten the deal even further, this particular chain has locations in a lot of places where it's rather hard to find our beer, which is pretty nifty for those of you currently experiencing a dearth of dankness.
