Weyerbacher Celebrates 21st Year with Bash at the Brewery

imageFrom Weyerbacher:

Weyerbacher Brewing was founded in 1995 in a livery stable in downtown Easton,

Pennsylvania. From humble beginnings in the livery stable to the approximately 30,000

square foot facility Weyerbacher currently calls home, the brewery has always been

dedicated to making bold, innovative beers that challenge style boundaries.

To celebrate their 21st anniversary, Weyerbacher is hosting a bash at the brewery on

Saturday, June 25th from 1 pm until 6 pm, as well as a special VIP hour for Jester’s

Court members from 12 pm until 1 pm. The festivities will include fun and games

throughout the day, as well as food from The Füd Truk, The Trapp Door and Sweet Girlz

Bakery. Each will be selling food inspired by or containing Weyerbacher beers. Live

music from The Weyerbacher Band begins at 1 pm followed by Philly band, American

Deluxe, at 2:30 pm.

Tickets are $10 per person in advance ($15 at the door) and can be purchased online at

weyerbacher.com, as well as at The Tap Room at Weyerbacher Brewing. Tickets are

limited.

In celebration of their 21st, Weyerbacher will also be releasing their 21st Anniversary

beer. A delicious chocolate cake with bourbon bacon icing (in a glass...). Cocoa nibs

and cocoa powder give this big beer its rich chocolate flavor. Vanilla beans and Munich

malts add a cake layer of flavor. Where’s the icing? We’re blending this already amazing

beer with its bourbon barrel aged counterpart, while smoked malts bring a touch of

bacon. In Weyerbacher’s traditional celebratory fashion, this big stout comes in at

11.9% ABV. Available in 12 oz. bottles and on draft, look for 21 in bars and restaurants,

as well as on shelves throughout Weyerbacher’s distribution area. It will be available at

The Tap Room at Weyerbacher Brewing beginning June 25th.
