Long Trail - Blackbeary Wheat Returns 5/27

From Long Trail:

Back from a heavy hibernation, Blackbeary Wheat returns this Friday, May 27thwith a special release at our brewery in Bridgewater Corners.

This first run of draught and 12oz. cans will hit Vermont in early-June, with more kegs and cans shipping throughout the Northeast in late June/early July.

With an updated label and the same killer recipe, this American wheat ale is nicely balanced by a pie-on-the-windowsill sweetness derived from copious amounts of blackberries.

The first cans of this barbecue-friendly, blackberry beauty are rolling off the canning line as speak. Available for a limited time, come grab some of this gnarly nectar before the bears hit the trail again.

Cranberry Gose Bounces Into Our Lineup
Summertime hangout season is underway here in Bridgewater, and our brand new
Cranberry Gose is the house favorite for those sun-soaked, end-of-day porch pints.

WATCH: Learn more about the traditional kettle-souring process we used to create the refreshingly tart, effervescent brew.

Brewed with cranberries from Bluewater Farms in Massachusetts, a family operation with more than three generations of growing experience, this ruby-hued interpretation of a classic German-style Gose (pronounced, gose-uh) is nicely balanced with citrusy notes from coriander and a sharpness derived from a splash of sea salt.

More than 400 years old, the Gose style is undergoing a renaissance thanks in part to the innovation of American craft brewers.

The partnership with Bluewater Farms allows Long Trail to receive as much as 500 gallons of freshly pressed cranberry juice straight from Cape Cod -- a way more efficient process than brewmaster Dave Hartmann's home juicer.

To further fuel your warm-weather wanderlust, we're giving away 12 New England getaways this summer. Grab a Gose, soak up the sun and
enter to wina trip on us.

Citra-soaked: SMaSH #4 Coming Soon

In the continued quest for solitary refinement, a brand new single malt and single hop creation is rolling off the canning line this week.

We're stoked to stack the shelves with this Citra-soaked selection from our SMaSH Project.

SMaSH #4 balances the robust, nutty flavor of Golden Promise malt and the intense tropical fruit and citrusy-ness of Citra hops.
Look for six-packs of 12oz. cans at your local Long Trail retailer in June.
