DENVER, CO- May 11, 2016 - Great Divide Brewing Company will host their 22nd Anniversary Party on Saturday June 11th, from 2-6pm at their new location in Denver’s River North neighborhood. The party will feature unlimited access to Great Divide beers, live music, outdoor games, and food trucks along with the option of an exclusive Brewed Food Experience from 1-2pm.

“Over the past 22 years, we’ve had the opportunity to grow & learn from our very talented co-workers at the brewery,” said Brian Dunn, founder and president of Great Divide Brewing Company. “This past year alone has been extremely notable for us. We’ve released new beers, we started canning last summer in our new space in RiNo, we’re expanding our barrel aged and sour program—it’s been a crazy year, and we’re not done.”

To celebrate 22 years, Great Divide is expanding the party with more space and new elements like the indoor “Yeti Experience” area and the early admission Brewed Food tasting with chef and certified Cicerone Jensen Cummings. Performances from Chimney Choir, Strange Americans and Zach Heckendorf will take place throughout the afternoon while attendees enjoy the full Great Divide beer lineup, including a number of specialty and limited release offerings.

In addition to the newly released Denver Pale Ale, throwback beers, and Yeti floats, there will be tastings of the yet-to-be-released 22nd Anniversary Dark American Sour Ale. An expert blend of bold character, this Dark American Sour is a perfect culmination of 22 years of craft and ingenuity. Aged in red wine barrels, this robust offering is as sophisticated as it is sour. Notes of black cherry jam and tobacco are countered by a welcome tartness and tannic oak finish that lasts long after each sip, making 22nd Anniversary a beer you won’t soon forget.

“I look forward to this event each year because this is our party. We see lots of friends & family come out to this every year, and being able to celebrate our success with them is the most rewarding part to me,” said Dunn.

Tickets are on sale now at http://greatdivide.com/events/22ndanniversaryparty/.

A $40 General Admission ticket provides unlimited tastings of the Great Divide lineup, live music, a $5 food ticket to any of the food trucks on-site, free bike valet provided by Bike Denver, and a commemorative and reusable stainless steel tasting glass. A Brewed Food Experience ticket is $70 and adds an exclusive Brewed Food Tasting from Chef Jensen Cummings from 1- 2pm along with a Spiegelau Barrel Aged Beer Collaboration Glass. Tickets will most likely sell-out, but if available they will be $45 at the door.
