Here’s an exciting collaboration coming fomr our pal John Stemler at Free Will and Hof Ten Dormaal.  This is Brew And Destroy and it is an oak barrel-aged Belgian-style dark ale with blueberries added.  This beer uses wild yeasts and bacteria and it will be packaged in 16.9oz bottles at Free Will in Perkasie, PA.  Look for Brew And Destroy to hit 8%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
