Garden City, Idaho (May 21, 2015) – Payette Brewing Company beer will soon be available to even more craft beer fans in Idaho and the Northwest region. Payette is proud to announce their plans to expand into the current Bronco Elite building located at 733 South Pioneer Street in Boise. The expansion will include a new state-of-the-art 40,000 square-foot brewery and have the potential to increase annual production capacity to 100,000 barrels per year.

The expansion will include cellar tanks, production equipment, tasting room with outdoor beer garden right off the Greenbelt and the hiring of additional employees. “We are excited to grow Payette, our equipment and staff to increase the quality and consistency of our beer” says founder Mike Francis. With this expansion, Payette Brewing will have the largest beer production capability in the state of Idaho. Since opening in May 2010, Payette Brewing has expanded its distribution from Idaho to Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Utah.

“We’ve come a long way in four years and I am stoked to see what the future holds with this new expansion. We want this new place to be a destination for locals and visitors alike so we’re putting a lot of effort into making the tasting room a great spot to hang out” says Francis. The new brewery will feature a tasting room more than triple the current facility’s tasting room and will continue to partner with area food trucks for lunch and dinner service.

Payette expects to start construction mid-Summer and plans to be operational early 2016.
