Perennial Artisanal - Savant Blanc 100% Brettanomyces Bottles

image
Here’s an interesting new bottle (and beer) coming from Perennial Artisanal Ales in St. Louis, MO.  This is Savant Blanc and it is a Belgian-style ale aged in wine barrels with wine grapes.  If that’s not enough fun, this beer uses 100% brettanomyces fermentation.  Look for Savant Blanc to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer will come in at 8%-AbV.

UPDATE:  This beer will be released 1/21/2016
