With slight variances in crops season to season, our artisan ingredients will always be slightly different. When those varied ingredients come into the brewhouse, or something unexpected happens with our equipment, it's up to our brewers to hit the proper numbers for a given recipe. However, that's only one half of the brewing process.
In this video, Quality Assurance Technician, Zach Miller, talks about the other half, Quality Assurance, and his role in making sure that this years batch of Summer Love tastes the same as the batch we enjoyed last year.
