(Boulder, CO): Beer Chef / Founder Ian Clark of BRU handbuilt ales has been busy since he got his new three-barrel system up and running.

He started bottling Citrum, an IPA handbuilt with fresh lemon zest and juniper, now available at Boulder Wine & Spirits, North Boulder Liquor Store, Cured, Bottles, and Alfalfas in Boulder. And just a few weeks later he added Obitus, an American Brown handbuilt with dates and caramelized sugar to the bottle lineup. He also spent a very busy weekend brewing a special beer with Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace.
