White River Brewing Co Coming to Springfield, MO

Another new craft brewery opening up in October….this time it’s White River Brewing Co in Springfield, MO. Details from the News-Leader:

White River Brewing Co., located at 505 W. Commercial St., expects to be licensed and selling beer by the end of October or early November, joining breweries like Mother’s Brewing Co. and Springfield Brewing Co., said owner John Hosfield.

“We just don’t want to be another brewery,” he said. The brewery has hired veteran brewmaster David Lamb, who has been working to select styles and perfect recipes. Talk about opening the brewery began in May and really got going in June, Hosfield said.

The exact styles of beer are still being determined, but one thing is certain: The final product will be high quality, Lamb said.

Brewmster Dave Lamb makes some of the best beers you'll ever taste.
Excited to see him practicing his craft again.

For those of you who frequented Hickok's Steakhouse and Brewpub,that beer is back!
You can get some of the high quality brews Dave Lamb produces at White River Brewing Company.
