Beer Institute: Taxes Account for 45% Of Beer Cost

Some disappointing news from the Beer Institute: 

State and Federal taxes account for 36 cents for every dollar spent on beer and when you add in excise & wholesale taxes, 45% of the price you pay for your beer goes to just paying taxes!
